On Saturday, 7 October 2017 and Sunday, 8 October 2017, earn a new souvenir by learning about the Earth! All you have to do is go out and find an EarthCache during the weekend of International EarthCache Day 2017!
Finding an EarthCache is a great way to learn about the Earth. These geocaches do not have physical containers, but instead bring you to unique locations to teach you a geological science lesson.
To make the find, you’ll have to check the EarthCache’s description and answer questions based on where you are. You can send your answers to the cache owner via Email or the geocaching.com Message Center.
Visit the search page to find a South African EarthCache near you, you just may need to set the filter to exclude EarthCache's already found by you.
