Cache Of The Month

Every month we call for nominations for cache of the month.  Keep an eye on our newsletter to see what each month's theme is, and who the previous deserving winners are.

COTM - January 2021

The logbook inside a cache is just as important as the cache container itself.  For FTF hunters opening a crisp fresh log sheet with no name on it is probably more exciting than finding the container. Log sheets consist of formal log sheets, strips cut from note pads, little notebooks, and sometimes just a shop till slip used as a replacement log. Sometimes you find a very unique logbook though and that is what we celebrated in January.

The Cache of the Month for January goes to PE cacher PipiBibi's 20/20 Vision in Port Alfred.  Nominated by Orosman who said - "I have been to the cache twice (once for myself and once for another cacher) The logbook is a glasses case complete with glasses and cleaning cloth, the actual logbook is the cleaning cloth itself and is very unique", the cache just edged Ready. Steady, Go on the South Coast.
